Ouch, lot's of houses and dry brush. I though the 909/951 had nothing left to burn after last year. Forgot about Chino Hills and behind Corona. Might be a bad summer / fall for fires. Best of luck to all those close by and to the fire fighters too. Stay safe!

The fire is in the lot behind the Wal-mart on the North - West part of the 71-60 interchange.
Right now, should not be too much to get this one out.

We are fine. I have to wait until 2 to see the news. But I don't even smell a fire. I smelt one yesterday...but not yet today. It's probably in Carbon Canyon if anywhere in Chino Hills. Where did you hear about it at? :confused:
There was a fire behind there last year too. That's a lil ways away from us. We are off of the 71 right by the new Sams Club/Walmart shopping center.

YEA I SMELT FIRE AT LUNCH AND WONDERED WHERE IT WAS BEHIND WALMART?? WHICH ONE, PHILLIPS RANCH OR PIPELINE?? WE HAD A FIRE IN CARBON CANYON A WEEK OR SO AGO
What was on fire yesterday? I was at the 99c store and at Big Lots and smelt one:confused: it was around noon.

I can't see anything from my house (across from vons). I dont think there is a whole lot to burn over behind wal-mart anyway.

doh..Now I remember that fire, looked like it was on the freeway right where you get on the 60 west.
