Castaic This Weekend - 7/17

Thinking about hitting Castaic this weekend. Probly Sat but maybe Sunday instead... Anyone gonna be around?

Watch out for the Sea Grass and algae up there. That crap is everywhere, got a bunch of it stuck in the pump last Sunday. If you ask me, Castaic water is cleaner right now Pyramid is resembling a swamp.

I'll be at Pyramid on Saturday. Lake lice isn't that bad out there. Just in the cove where the sandbar is.

It's so full right now there is no sandbar. :( Water is pretty green right now too. :yuk:
Still, it's close for me and I like it cause the cops don't hassle as much as Castaic. :cool:

Is that sandbar completely gone or what?? Is there any beach?? That's kinda why I like to go there instead of Castaic too. Better beach to kick it on.

Hey Duke, I bet you could just show up and tell them that you'll need to test drive the lake to see if it's worth the increased fees:D
