You have the pictures so I thought you would ;)
So... We worked for three days to swap motors in the monster and finally got it to the lake yesterday. It ran great and we didn't even have to tweak anything. The only problem was (we think) the alternator is wired wrong and wasn't charging the battery. other than that it ran great and I hope to see some of you on the water real soon!
Also.. It's time to start building up the block we took out. Just as soon as I get a little flow $$$.

We Decided that since the Avenger won't see water for at least 6 more months, We would put the motor in the Monster to get us to the lake.
The Motor has been sitting for 2.5 years, and fired right up. Lots of power, and plenty of torque.
Other than the Alternator problem and the diverter cable, the only other malfunction was my fault. I tightened the starter wires too close to the Headers and they burnt through. (Thank God for Ford Power to get us back the Truck for repair)
A great time. I did not post all the pics cuz I did not know if "MOM" would like it or not. :D
Lets go again SOON !!!!!

6 degrees of wedge and a new diverter cable might do the trick.
