Just curious what the feedback would be...wanted something different... 390 ford, 9.5:1 with 10 pounds boost, and a fogger system. The boat is just for fun on the river.

The feedback from me is...it is one of the most awesome boats around. FE = Twin Turbos = one of my dreams.

It's one of those tall freeboard types..."please don't sink on me now"

OK, I need to know what got you starrted down that road? Don't get me wrong, I love FEs, and I dig unusual combinations. But this story has to start somewhere, (well I had this motor out of my old SS/CA Mustang and some turbos off my dry lake car and...) and I want to hear it! :D
BTW, Killer ride!

I have got to ask...
What type of air/fuel delivery system is that. It appears the turbos are blowing into the box/intercooler below the carbuerators/ throttle bodies. That is not possible....
Thumbs up on the FE!
My dad owns a 1966 AC Cobra with a 427 side oiler in it and a 1964 Thunderbolt with a 427 side oiler...

The boat is a 1981 frahs (ex circle boat ss 87) bought the hull from bergeron, and my dad and I put it together. No real plan just ended up with that motor. I've run the boat for about 8 years without turbos, Don woodard in pheonix built the motor, heads etc.... my friend Rick Graf in pheonix built the turbo system (been messing with them for 15 yrs), the box on top is divided in two, it's drawing through two 660 center squirters , then blowing it in to the bottom of the box, which is sitting on a 2x4 lowrise manifold. The wastegates are from Tial, and the turbos are TO4s with 96 exhaust housings. The thing cruises bitch'n all day, and runs hard with no turbo lag. The fogger system was for the lag, it's on a pressure swith to shut off at 3 pounds boost. The fe motor has been bullit proof, I'd use it again, it's made a few big chevy guy angry, but hey we're just there having fun.

Very cool! I have never seen an air/fuel delivery system like that.
I sent the picture to my dad whom is a huge FE guy!
Below is a picture of my blown deals.
Take Care,
