Thru hull exhaust

HAs anybody done a thru hull exhaust the themshlves.
mine goes thru the outdrive and wouyld like to change it.
also how much of a pain is it and are there complete kits available for this

i put diff exhaust on my boat i have all the stock 454 mag exhaust thru hull out of a 22 cole you can have it if it helps:D

I did mine over the winter. The most nerve racking thing is cutting the first big hole in the transum. I put a "Silent Choice" in it as well so that I didn't have to mess with the Y pipe.
