View Full Version : Too Wedge or Not

Gotta a question When i drive my boat with the place diverter all the way down my nose is stuffed to the water is this normal or should i buy a 8 or 4 degree wedge will that fix it or leave at is here is a pic of my boat with it on the 3rd notch up ( i am on the far side)
Another Question:rolleyes: When i take of i get water splashing in to the boat it comes up right where the controller cable is on the jet but as soon as i get going and plane its fine any ideas thanx a bunch guys

Double vision, those boats look very close in set up.

That boat looks like it'sw pishing a lot of water.
Try raising your diverter up some, a roost of 3-4 feet is usually about right.
Wedges will help get the bow up too.

Which boat are you? The one on the left looks like it has a little better lift then the one on the right. If your nozzle is down you will plow water but have better control for turns and quicker planeing. Mohavekid is right your best results are about a 4 ft roost.
Do you have a lot of weight in the bow? Is your boat heavy? Has your entire pump been reworked and set wrong? Just some facters of many to think about.
