How much does a decent paint job + gel coat coast?

Don't know much about painting a 19ft boat. I usually like to find out the range from the cheapest job to the more expensive jobs and do something somewhere in the middle. Someone told me its a 4k dollar minimum but then again he was trying to sell me his boat;) that was freshly painted ugly colors.
For example how much would this paint job be on this eliminator(anyone have a guess on what year Eliminator this is by the way?)

Paint job prices depend on what you want it to look like, and what you bring in to start with.

gel will cost you anywhere from 4k to 8k, depending on design and condition of your hull. Better off finding something you are happy with, or try doing it yourself.

Find a boat that has good gel. They are out there. You will $$$$$ ahead ......big time.
