Anybody ever go to Sand Point Marina? Is it fairly nice? Any comments? Good, bad, or otherwise?

My wife and I stayed at SP years ago. Location was nice as we like the south part of the lake away from the crowds. We actually stayed in one of their rental trailers (a normal rv trailer with flat tires-very ghetto). It was sufficient. The ramp seemed fine, and we parked the boat 2' from the trailer door. It is also about 15 minutes out of town which was good for us too, close enough to go have dinner, too far to have a drink. They had a small store for the basics, everything for a nice quiet vacation. It may depend on what you are looking for.

Just looking for a place to take the kids for the weekend, CH seems a little to much when the kids are along.
Thanks,

I would also look into Havasu Springs. Hotels are clean and location is great. I was never impressed with Sandpoint. Not bad, just did nothing for me. Havasu Springs is nice and great for the kids. Arcade, restaurants, etc... Just my .02
