did you make a choice to have them or did nature just take it's course?
I wonder what it would've been like to plan them...;)

We planned it, and waited until we were secure enough financially that we wouldn't need daycare. We don't believe in strangers raising our kids, and if we needed daycare to get by, we wouldn't of had kids, or we would have radically adjusted our lifestyle and living conditions. It's been tough, but we've got two kids, Jon who will be five in Sept, and Briana who turned two on Easter Sunday. No daycare for either of them, they are with one of us, or occationally the Grandparents 24/7. It's hurt my "career" to make the sacrafices necessary to do things the way we have, but the kids are much better for it IMHO.

First one was an oops, next four were planned. We had decided to have a large family prior to getting married. Wanted six, but stopped at five because of complications. Currently have three in college and two in high school. Youngest is 16. Love my kids, but ready for them to go away. Now want grand kids.

She threw the pregnacy test box at me, so I would say unplanned. Although we had been married for 3 years she wanted to wait until she was 30. We have a 2nd on the way and he was not planned per say. We wanted a 3 year gap between them and my wife went off the pill and nature took its course (with in a month of her going off) she was pregnant.

My one and only son is 4 and yes he was an accident. I wouldn't change a thing if I could do it all over again. Except for the time right after he was born and some friends of the family offered me 40k cash and their new truck in trade for him. No joke!!!:D

Three of them here...
First two. I guess you might say planned. Came as a package. The third one Planned...
Wouldn't change a thing, other than giving the first two my last name.
