Try using a rubbing compound or some other kind of restoring cleaner.

It will buff out with a heavy duty wax or a compound.
I sell a product call shark tower on my web site that will clean it right up.

Take a small amount of gas on a rag and it will wipe right up. Then wash it and wax it.

use a small amount of solvent on a rag and then clean it with soap and water and give it a good waxing

This happ[ened to me also. There was fuel in the water. It adhered to the gel and looked like super glue on the gel coat. I tried all kinds of things with no success. Until.... industrial strength acetone. It worked perfect. Do not get it on paint or vinyl. It will not hurt gel coat. You will need to wax after because it strips it all. Good luck
