Long time Lake Powell resident, Ima Dumass, thought he'd leave his boat docked while eating lunch at his lake side home. Upon his return, he was shocked to find that the water level had dropped to an unrecoverable level and his boat is now parked in front of a long expired parking meter on Wahweep Avenue in front of the Wahweep Mall.
