Damn, I forgot about the sizes and their policies. Good luck and hope you find something decent. I'll dig up the number and have it ready just in case, but hopefully you will not need it. KELLY

Mark,
If you are at the river this weekend I'll give you my info.Don't have it on hand now but I also had a hard time finding insurance.
I know you have more HP and size factor but This company seemed to have no problem with mine at a decent rate.If you call $2400 a year decent. WAs decent compared to all the other quotes I got.

I responded in the Sandbar, but threads have a way of getting lost there...talk to Danny (Badblown)...open a business and insure under the business.

jackpunx=We met down in HAvi and I work for a marine ins. co.
you are gonna have a hard time getting good ins. without paying through the nose. 25ft and bigger is the mark for 100mph plus boats.
If I can come up with anything for you I will pm you.

My dad insures his 20ft shovel nose hydro that does in the 120's. I will see who he uses. It may be that they have no idea how fast it goes. How about extendingthe bow 3ft w/ pvc pipe and put a light at the end of it and call it a 25' er? :eek!:

Ok Mark dont tell me that now you cant insure a 22.4, this is why I sold my Howard so I could aford to go boating again with a smaller boat and cheaper insurance.. So now do I hold off on a boat, maybe I will buy a bayliner with a 140 merc on it, or is that too fast too and the ins will not touch it.This insurance Shit is a scam and BULLSHIT.
