I was talking to the owner of this boat, he had a whole lot of things to say including:
1. He said he ran 185 MPH at CFW on Father's day, I was there on Father's day, I didn't see any boat run 185, did any of you.
2. He said the engine is making 2500 HP, all this HP with 8.5 static compression on a 540 Alky motor with the blower running at 20 over. Anybody happen to notice the Vertex Mag, like that is going to light a full load. Also did anyone else notice that he has only 8 nozzles in the hat and no port nozzles making all this power.
3. He is running a 90 gear, if you watched it run like I did, you would have to question this statement, anyone elses comments that saw this thing run on saturday.
4. Grade 5 bolts used in the rigging, and no support bars from the back of the boat to the frame rails, what is that all about at 185 MPH, the rudder would tear the back of the boat off.

Modesto was actually not windy yesterday at least when I was there. Just curious was there any racing going on? Kelly sure was hangin the FIN on Rossi's boatRossi's boat!! :D

There was some racing it was late in the afternoon. You are right

It seemed that people kept trying to pair up to do some racing and other folks that were alittle confused or maybe rude kept jacking up the water because they were oblivious to what was
going on.:mad:
And oh ya there was alot of trailer racing and smack talking as usual it would be nice to see some of them race or even run. We all like to see some racing some you win some you lose no big deal it is all just fun no need to take it personal or to seriously. All that matters is that nobody get hurts and that we all make it home safe and sound and that we had fun! If you do not want to race put it into the water and make some passes. They all sound fast on the trailer.:D :D :D
