I do on my other computer but before I go to it let me give you a bit of info. The boat was the hottest looking boat on Beaver lake and then a cruiser wave sank us last Sept. in 55 ft. of water. The boat was brought up four hours late with no damage and promply taken home and the eng. was removed disassembled and fully checked out and it sitting on my engine stand currently. This was the first time that one of my boats sank and it just made me sick to see it go down. I don't want to experience it again. So I have decided to sell it. Still interested?

If you look at southwindjetboats.com and go to boat of the month you will see the same body style as mine. Motor is a 454, Berkley pump with manual divirter. I am currently working on the pics and will have them soon.

Hey guys their was one for sale in Texas for 1500 bucks with the pump and trailer it was blue and white and had primer on the deck where it had been repaired.Look back at all the Southwind Tunnel Dragster related threads and and I am sure you could find it.If this guy describes it as the hottest looking thing on the lake you know he thinks it is worth alot but we will see.

There may be one for sale at the classic boat beach bash. I think my Dad is going to sell his. Pretty clean and very quick.

If anyone is interested, I'll pester him for a price. I have no GPS numbers or anything, but it does have a build sheet. It's a full roller 468 with a pair of 750's with a Berk JG. It's way faster than my ride (not that that's saying much).

Just outta curiosity, without the splash shield, does your dad swamp that one often?

He has never swamped it. However, this boat isn't really much of a lake boat and he's really particular about the water he launches in. He doesn't cruise Parker on a weekend with it. This is a Blythe boat. Little water. Needles is even too big.

Just out of curiosaty wich why are only three hulls worth it and wich ones are they. I just bought a 77 southwind drag tunell. The weird thing is I bought it for the motor not the hull. Now that I have learned more about it I have decided to completely rebuild it. The only problem is I have come to find out the motor would work best as an anchor. Oh well rebuild that too.

When my brother stated that he was refering to the race only light layups that we made and are no longer around. The hull you have is a great boat and is very safe.Come over and check out our web site www.southwindjetboats.com
We will be happy to answer any questions you have.

I don't know how light the lay up is, but the deck shakes when it's idling... I wouldn't walk on it up front. Someone sprayed Line X in the bilge before we got it, and we were told that the Line X is now there to stay. The bottom of the boat was cracked down the center sponson, but is now fixed. Isreal at Quality Boat Repair(?) in Mira Loma did the work. The boat moves out, and unlike every "lake boat" STD I've seen on the water, this one isn't buried in the water. Set up goes a long way on these things. Dad's asking price is $11K. If you are interested, let me know and I'll get you the build sheet for the motor, and some specific pictures.

He says he's not interested in separating the motor out. He's not real motivated to sell. He says he is, but the boat really runs and I think he'd like to keep it.

Nucking futs

Yeah he should just keep it , he would regret it the day he sold it.I am still waitin for this tease finchaser to post back some pics and a price :yuk: so here goes..........................................BUMP
