Just saw a turnkey 1970 Biesemeyer Flattie with an 800hp BBC online at the Boat trader for $5300.00. Or minus motor for $3500.00 Located in San Diego. Plates look kinda long...maybe a former K-Boat? Even IF the motor doesn't put out 800hp, that's a great deal on this boat, assuming that the stringers and floor are ok as posted about it in the other thread. That's a helluva deal with or without motor. Are you kidding me, a Biesemeyer complete minus motor for $3500????? Or with motor turnkey for $5300???? BBtoys i got it weds,motor is a screamer,i fired it up and its like no other motor i ever hadhe said it dyno's at 780 hsp! i took off one huge valve cover, what is all that stuff in there ,rollers,girdles,weird looking stuff to me,hull is in great shape but does need paint. trailer looks bad but it also is just the paint!ive been offerd $6500 by 2 different people who are really into circle boats,it was tempting but i said no!oh well i got a lot of sanding to do on the trailer got to get back at it !
