I would go small, cause thats what I like, but a nice 22' Schiada would be my choice, V-Drive and big blown inches under the hatch.

46' Skater rigged by the one and only Howard Arneson. 4500 hp 175+ mph.

i think i would have to go with the same. it can handle all the rough stuff in the ocean but its still small enough to be seen somewhat of a lake boat.

I'd still want a small boat.... Something similar to my STV, but newer, more HP....
Only reason to have a big boat is to party on, and if i want to party, i dont want to worry about being responsible enough to drive afterwards.
I go boating to go boating, I party afterwards :)

If money were no object then I'd own more than one boat to suit all my different tastes, but no matter how many boats you own, you can only drive one at a time.

Since I'm a man of somewhat modest tastes, I would most likely go for either a Stoker in the 21-22.4 range or perhaps the Schiada 21 river tunnel with a merc 525 for power and a bright colored, buck wild gelcoat...I'm not into driving, towing, or launching big boats and at 45 I'm still not old enough to need the smoother ride yet.

I'd have this boat if $ didn't matter. And instead of a Dingy, I'd have a 21 foot Schiada River Cruiser put somehwhere on it.
Think they'll let me launch that sucker at Havasu?
