I am trying to buy a building here in San Diego. My current Bank US Bank will not touch it for less then 25% down  I would like to put 10% down with maybe a SBA guarentee if needed. My CPA told me today that he was told SBA is not doing alot these days as they did not recieve alot of there funding for 2004??
Anyone do these loans??
Please PM me.

Does the price of the building have any bearing on who can help? I just dont want to waste anyones time?
Bldg is $2.7 million
I can put $270k down
Leaseback deal current owner would sign lease for 30 months and then I move in.

I must say, I work for US Bank and am able to do a loan with less than 25% down for that amount.
