Hey,
Anyone want to part with a used, non-labbed, Bravo1 4-Blade 28P RH......
I need one while I decide if I'm going to spend the money for a Hydromotive 5 blade.
Thanks......

Why do you want a 28 for arent you pushin a monster prop? big HP = big prop..

I borrowed the 28P that I have and need to give it back.
The best I saw with this prop is 87 MPH on GPS, that was in the winter.
I can run about 83 MPH with a full load of people & crap on a 115deg Havasu day.
I tried a 30P and lost about 400 RPM and about 2 MPH.
I either need to buy a 28P 4-Blade, or try the Hydromotive 25-26P 5-Blade.
I am happy with the performance of the stock 4-Blade, good on plane & good mid range accel, but wanted to see if the 5-Blade would have better bow lift.
Anyway, if someone had a used 28P 4-Blade they wanted to sell, I'd buy it while I figure out if I want to try the 5-Blade.....

Remember that the Hydromotive props are one pitch steeper than the Merc props. So, if you are looking for exactly a 28P Bravo, then you'll need a 27P Hydromotive. I check ebay all the time and there are hydromotives for cheap every now and then. In fact, there was a 26P brand new four blade that went for $200 today.

You make it to Shepard's at the beach while you were here? One thing to think about is not knowing what a used prop has been through considering that large horsepower you are pushing. Also I have heard of more used props breaking after being used and hear it can be ugly throwing a blade when your cooking.. Not from my experience I have the slow boat from China...
Need any reccomendations of things to do or places to eat while your here shoot me an email at heavychevss@aol.com.

You are staying at a nice place there but that's not the beach or nice water...lol. Clearwater Beach (or Sand Key right next to it) is the place to go. Both have been rated in the top 10 beaches in last5 or 6 yrs by Dr. Beach..
Shepards is on the water at southern end of Clw Beach, great seafood buffet and great beach bar too bad you will miss Sat/Sun there-gets to be like spring break at havusau or similiar.. Depending on what kind of place you want to go to and who with, Rusty Pelican is right by you (think just across C'Campbell), Bahama Breeze- good happy hour bar, decent food, Shula's steakhouse near you. If no wive's Mons Venus on Dale Mabry is a must, very famous strip club like everywhere. Some awesome dinner places in Tampa too. If you give me more of an idea I'll let you know...email me I won't be on much later and will get back you you first thing in morning.
