Does anybody know if you can BBQ at the avi beach? I am cooking chicken tacos on saturday, if any body wants to bring something to put on the grill they are more than welcome. Id love to feed everybody just dont have enough $$$.

People don't really need to bring anything, two grocery stores I think a Smiths and a Safeway are across the bridge and a few blocks away. Probably a better plan than packing coolers full of stuff that might spill or spoil. But contributing to the event is always a good idea, I am sure there is a place to BBQ cause they got rv areas and such.
Is it Friday yet?

After the beer take the whole group and go into the lagoon...great spot to tie up all the boats and get a group pic without the current moving you around...

There's room for about 10 boats in there (until you get in the weeds), so if you have fenders, BRING 'EM!

i think for the pic , it would be better to go up to the back bay. alot more room and still calm water. plus the camera man can get up high on the breakwater and get a better shot. only downfall is you have to run past the area that the LEOs like to make a checkpoint.

I should have been more specific...not Lazy harry's lagoon, the laughlin lagoon...about 2 miles north of lazy harrys...the entire lagoon is a no wake zone so it is a great place to swim and relax...just follow jetboatrich...he knows where it is... :)

I can't go in there anymore. With the loader, I suck weeds and blow out the pump if I idle through it too long. :frown:
