It depends on what version of pump is on it. I have seen both Berkley styles. As for the ride, very fast and does not like rough water. Still I love the boat. (When it's running)

I'm not exactly sure, I believe about 73 or 74 and they changed it again to the more traditional style V in 78

B Sanger is correct, they DO NOT LIKE ROUGH WATER. They feel much like a flat bottom, there isn't much V to them at all. They will crack if you try to go WFO in rough water where 25'ers and up are running. LOL

any jet will get stress cracks in them if you beat the shit out of it :hammer2: but the sangers are one of the heaviest and thickest boats you will find. and yes they do not like rough water. heres a few of mine before pump set back.and it 's a 79 super jet.

Looks like a neat project keep us posted with progress and pics.
I always liked the look of those hulls but never even rode in one.
Good Luck.

I built a set of seats for my roommates Sanger Bubble Deck. I have pix of the frames but no completed pix yet He is still working on finishing the resin on the wood before upholstery. He has been at it since Christmas. One day :angry2:
