I think it is.
I was not planning on going back to the races tomorrow. But if I get a wild hair I'll print out those pics and show them to Rudy Ramos.

Superdave013;
Thanks if you go that would be terrific!!!
If it is a Rayson Craft, do you think Rudy would be willing to have me call him and chat a little??
Thanks;

Actually the boat appears to be pretty solid structurly, it's the cosmetics that need the work, oh and the large hole under the engine cover. :confused:
But I think I have that part of the project headed in the right direction.
What's a good source for the large wrap around front buckets, I don't want to use plastic racing seats, like they use in cars and the ones I've seen in local marine stores and catalogs are not that deep and don't really wrap around.

Looks like a Rayson Craft I saw recently in Stockton. I made a trip there to buy another miller flat. He said he used to work for Rudy Ramos. Realy nice older guy. I can't remember his name. Realy cool unique boat! The window he said came from back east and is hard to come by. I think he said there isn't very many of them. He was in the process of restoring it and was very proud to have it!

IS there a website somewhere with pictures and information on the different Rayson Craft models sold?
Or maybe someone that has old literature for sale or that I could get copies of?

Rayson Craft has a lot of history. I would restore it! Make it look like it did when was new! :smile:

Do a search for Raysoncraft boats, something may come up!..

What shows up on a search is a bunch of boats owned by different people, most of them related to this site.
And ads for Defer Marine, I guess they took over manufacturing of Rayson Craft Boats.
Seems that they don't have any info on the old ones, at least I couldn't find it.
When did Rudy Ramos stop building Rayson Craft boats?
