I know I have asked this before but I am going to do it again.. sorry..
I am running windows xp.. and I have live update.. I wanted to know what the best anti virus set up would be for me that I can get from windows.. any suggestions.. :)

I'll just tell you what I have on my four computers:
Trend Micro PC CIllin (http://www.trendmicro.com/en/home/us/personal.htm)
I have used McAfee and Norton and this is the most trouble free system I have used. They have regular updates and urgent ones that come out when an infection breaks out, all show up automatically... you don't have to go check for them.

cool thank you.. I do have the norton security professional.. so all I need to download is the anti-virus one.. I just wanted to make sure it was compatible with the xp and all that.. :D

Eagle is right. Trend Micro by far is the best.

I'll stick with AVG Anti Virus. I've tried all the others, and now I'm sticking with the best. Norton slows down a computer waaaayyyyy too much. McAfee is OK, but too expensive for what it is. Trend is OK, but not as good as the AVG. If looking for a FREE anti Virus program that is easy to operate and doesn't slow down your computer, go to www.grisoft.com (http://www.grisoft.com) and download a very easy to use, compact, Anti-Virus program that catches everything.

Big Ditto hear for AVG, I have had other performance issues in the field with Nortons, but it does the job if you get it. I also use this product from Eset for some clients, great product for workstation and server with a good cost.

I have only played with linux on my own nothing professional. I have used Trend and it seems to work, I just have not spent mush time on it. I like the ESET for the pricing and performance for servers.
We do a lot of Citrix networks that run on the servers and used Symantec Enterprise in the past and have had some issued, but it does what it does.
