That storage sounds more than fair. But do you know of anyone with anything either on the CA side or right in town for those of us foolish enough to drive in on Rice Road? I've been calling all over Parker and Earp and have met with nothing but waiting lists. Parker Oil has a 10x40 opening up in Oct but they want $190 per mo and don't offer an annual deal.
I'd be grabbing that space up in a second if it wasn't completely out of the way for my treks to my pad on the Cali side down river.

Is this storage in the front row or back row?

As it happens, Rio Del Colorado is right where my place is. I have 2 outdoor storages there and they have a 1 year waiting list on enclosed. It's getting to be a HUGE business out there with everyone buying bigger, faster, more expensive boats, golf carts, and PWC's they need to lock away. Cali side is virtually blown out all the way from 4-Feathers below the RR bridge to Rio - and there's no storage above Rio. Time to invest in a storage lot I suppose.

Olivers... name sounds familiar. What kind of boat do they have? I tend to associate the peeps with their rides. If I'm not mistaken I met some Olivers who are just a few spaces back off the water at Rio. My place is next door at Riviera. Park is owned by the same people - as is everything on the Cali side.

Olivers are good friends of ours. They always have a group...they have 21 schiada with blue/white.
