Is there some kind of chart that helps figure speed based on the impeller, hull length, HP, and other variables?

There's no chart for speed,hence hull length,weight and weight distribution,hull shape,strakes all contribute to a boat's performance.There's a chart for HP figures by American turbine [approximate]with impeller size/RPM combo.
