just took it out for the frist time ran 5 people 30 gal.of gas pulled of a 49.4 not bad for a boat that hasnt been run in two years the carb has some trouble but that is a quick fix,still its a great boat and the wife digs it because the kid can ride in it .ill be installing my diverter on this week and a tune up,ill be out next weekend some were.heres a little spam for ya two i have a 72 sleek craft with a 455,clean ,good inside and out asking 5000.pm me if interested.who would of thought id own 2 money pits.life is good. :shift: :cool:

Good looking ride. I have a 1977 18.6 Hallett Mini Cruiser Hardin Marine 454 BBC with Berk JC with about the same amount of original hours. Mine is all original except for the Hardin stainless guages and a Holley 780 DP I added. Did yours come with shag carpet like mine? My gell colors are a little different, metalflake rootbeer brown with metalflake gold and persimmon accents . I love the way that hull rides.
I would post a picture but I can't from work.
Maybe someone that knows my boat will see this and post a picture.
