Brian, We run the same scoop. Do you have a flame arrestor? I just fabbed up something with filter material and some screen. But If I get pulled over, I don't think it'll fly with the po po.

Here is mine. I built the wood frames from scratch I had just a little over 100-150 in material with sealer, cup holders, wood, screws, glue etc. and it cost me 600 to get them covered. I tried to kinda copy hbjet and cyclones interiors. One bit of advice Cyclone gave me a long time back was to have and angle put in the back of your seats. I did that and let me tell you the front seats are more comfortable then my bed.

No , no flame arrestor in there.... should be, but have not got around to it yet... When I figure it out I will let you know, or if you come up with something good let me know.

Here you go. The seats were done in 1995 and are a copy of the originals except for the stripes. Back then it cost me $500 to recover them. I think if I were to recover them now I would use white for the base and maybe two colors for the stripes (tahitijet). I really like the look of the forward seating (xclutchboy) compared to my coctail seating. However, I can fit an ice chest between my back seats I don't know if one would fit in the forward seating. If your out there xclutchboy can you fit an ice chest between the front an back seat. http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/500/1676Southwind_Interior.JPG

Only a really small one. That is a problem with my interior. I have a hard time finding coolers that are large enough to support my habit and fit in the boat!

the other unfinished car on the right of the boat is a 48 Anglia Thames panel, [english ford] its waiting for a blown BBC also,
I think I can find a few pictures of the coupe, BILL

As tempting as it may be, don't go stealing my designs here. I came up with this layout myself and is a 1 of a kind prototype. :D :D
11 dollar sheet of fiberboard, some left over speaker box carpet, back yard chairs, glue and screws... BAM, interior for under 50 bucks. LOL
It's temporary till I gather the bucks for building the actual interior, but hey it works for now!
http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/500/1688Seats.bmp
This is the style I'm shooting for though, but with the rear deck more flat.

Haha, hater's.... Ya'll just a bunch of hater's. :hammerhea :D
Like I said, this was carefully designed here! Those badboy chairs would be screwed to the floor, so no tipsy turn over stuff goin on here. Just grade A flex coushin seats. lol
For real though, my original intent was to get this boat running and see if it rides good and drives good before I go dumping tons of money into it. Unfortunately all of my friends boats are broke dick right now, so we've just been using this clunker for now. I'll be rippin all the crap out as soon as the season comes to an end. But hey, it's kinda fun cause it gets a laugh out of everyone! Especially the ruffle cushions

Brendella that's a big difference and will look good. It looks like at lot of people are going towards a newer look. That's the direction I am headed with on my boat. I am a little limited for seating. on mine the back seat is almost useless since my boat is an 18 footer. I could only wish I had the room 79 miller has, I will come up with something, maybe a double decker jet boat . I wonder if I would make ***boats magazine with that :D Anyone else please post when get them. Thanks yall keep them coming.

Thanks! I love it. Dumped way too much money bringing it back to life, but it's a great boat. You don't see too many of them out there.
