A question on the new 23' cruiser, is it going to be offered in stages (no motor, v-drive, or interior, but the strut placed) or only as a complete (rigged and with interior) boat??

i thinkin' that boat with decent(big) power will be a little beyond me(money wise) this winter when we're ready to buy ,but that thing has got me drooling so far. :D
