Conquest getting close

Keith Sayre & Conquest Boats has stepped up to the plate and is gonna have my boat ready for me as promised. Getting real close, motor & drive have been rigged. Just bolting stuff on now. Can't wait till this Friday to pick it up. Been a long summer going boatless and tired of depending on other people for water time. :D

Yeah, very tuff summer. We have a house in Havasu and only 5 trips since I sold the old boat in April. :frown: Been trying to keep busy with the other toys. Did 10 days at St. Anthony sand dunes in July, summer full moon rides in Glamis and getting some use of my pool at home. Gonna try and make it to Havasu every weekend except Labor Day until duning season starts Halloween weekend. :D

Keith, it was great of Conquest to step up and make the deadline as promised. I know unforseen delays sometimes make delivery dates very hard to meet, but you guys came through big time. Kudos.

Thanks Duane! It's beautiful! We hate to rush these boats because we don't
want to goof up on anything. Anytime we do overtime or put the squeeze
on the production boys, they respond willingly and with a good attitude but
they get tired and something may get overlooked so we usually won't do it.
On the other hand, we're behind! Not Duanes fault, it is ours and now we have fixed it so that Duane has his boat. Sorry we couldn't wait for the
525 Duane, but you did say get me on the water! I think it'll still plane though!
never tried the 4 cyl 130hp Merc IO in one of our deckboats before.
