Putah Creek (Berryessa Labor Day sunday)

What is Putah creek area like on Labor Day weekend. I am thinking of going there sunday for the day with my Sanger Pickle. Good idea or bad ?

3 day weekends are what we call amature weekend, everyone that has a boat will be there, the water will be choppy, the ramp will be fun to watch and those damn jet ski's will be buzzing everywhere, Oh and the lake patrol will be heavy at the bridge, the are on land with binaculars, on jet ski's and patrol boats checking for drinking , and the last 3 day weekend I was there I counted over 100 boats in that cove, it can be fun, Im going this weekend and avoid the crowd. :rollside: :smile:
