Two lanes as in one on each side, yes. Done it from Parker to Vegas many times, easy drive.

Most of the way now has a 4 lane. Two on each side. makes the trip way faster. 2.5 hrs from havasu to west side of vegas traveling around 70 mph. go slow through searchlight!!

Also watch yer speed as you get within what most folks think it the city limits of Boulder City. In fact, the city annexed a ton of land about 15 miles south of civilization and they enforce the speed limits on Hwy 95 by radar way out in the middle of nowhere. Been stopped once and came close a few times.

Um, No!....
From Blythe to Needles is ALL two-lane, and from the 40 to the Laughlin turn-off in Nevada is two-lane also. Four lane the rest of the way to Vegas, but like others have said, watch and obey those speed limits! 30 mph in Searchlight will get you a ticket!
