worth of Beer one year ago,
drank all the beer,
then turned in the cans for the aluminum recycling REFUND,

Based on the above,
current investment advice is to
drink heavily and
recycle.

Investing in property near this part of the desert (Mohave) is better than gold! Kingman's "Valle Vista" golf course community is a prime example.

That's my point!!! Find a hot spot. Seems to be lots of them on the West Coast and buy property.
