The Mrs has announced that she wants a cabin. So my cat is up for sale. It's a 2001 Firehawk that was first rigged in 2003. This is a very low hour boat, proably less than 50 hours on it. The engine is a 540 and is making 580 dyno hp. The heads are fully ported Winters aluminum castings. The cam is a crane 741 roller, the intake a Edelbrock Victor Jr (custom polished), and the carb is a Holley 850. The boat has two 35 gallon fuel tanks and each tank has a dedicated Mallory 140 fuel pump. A Barry Grant regulator returns the excess fuel so the pumps can live a long life. The headers are custom Lightings. They have extra valve cover clearance and are reduced water. There is also a custom automatice water injection system with a manual override to eliminate reversion at idle. Recently rebuilt Teague switchable 4.5" mufflers quiet things down. The extension box is a infinetly adjustable Stellings. The steering is a full hydraulic system by IMCO. The drive is a bravo 1 with a 2" IMCO shortened lower. The drive is showered with a Innovative Marine cap that is plumbed into the raw water pump. No more cavitation when planing or innefective showers when trimmed up. To date, the best speed has been 90mph with a 32" bravo one. I havn't had the chance to try a 34" yet. A 34" and some more fiddling with the x-dim and the boat may see 100. The boat plane extreamly well due to the extension box. There is never any suggestion of a porpoise. The dash has full instrumentation with trim rings: Clock, voltage, fuel, fuel pressure, vacuum/boost, water pressure, water temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature, GPS speedo, memory tach, idiot lights and alarm (with silent feature) on voltage, oil pressure and water temperature. The boat also has some custom red rope lighting and engine bay lights. Very trick. The floor in the engine bay is a custom embossed stainless steel. Very easy to clean! The boat has two billet aluminum swim platforms. There is ample storage in the gunnels and below the back seat. A VHF radio and antenna is included. The batteries are brand spankin new Optima's in custom billet aluminum hold downs. A transom water pickup solves the low water pickups problem of sucking mud. EinwalterT@yahoo.com 262-243-9663

I've been trying to find comparables, but I havn't come across any. I'd let it go for $49.9k.

Is there an engine cover? I don't want to buy it but someone who is looking might like to know that.

Our engine has 640hp.... what size boat is this?? Best we have seen so far is 86 in our 25 Daytona. We are hoping to see low 90's this winter.

I don't know much, but 86 isn't very fast for 640hp. Is that dynoed 640hp or a guess? I know JRocket in early summer of last Jun ish I believe was running 84 in a Mach 26 with a stock 500efi. Hell I was running 740hp in my Mach and was running almost 20mph faster with only 100hp more. Doesn't seem right.

It was dyno-ed by Bill Mitchell Racing. We have always had a shit load of gas it and 4+ peeps, 2 coolers and all the baby gear.... so this winter we are gonna take it out by ourselves and a lil bit of gas to try to get the top speed :lightsabe

Speeds are all GPS verified-no BS. My prop was stolen and I havn't replaced it yet. You bring a 32" Bravo 1 and we'll go for some runs. You can even hold the gps unit. :D
Lighting screwed the headers up and the existing hatch would no longer fit. I need to build a new one, it's just a project that I never got to. I can build the hatch to almost anything that you want, I just can't do vinyl. Contact me and we'll work something out.
