No...the parents came down for an hour to see their granchild swim...and suprisingly although not good with a camera...they took a few decent pics!! :eek: :wink:

We took her to Hunington DogBeach about 3/4 mile long or more...then went down to Newport...on leash only!!!! :frown: :p

Cool Pics!!! That's a beautiful Dobbie!!! I live about 15minutes from there. I took my old Rottie Jake down there one time. He loved it, but his fur got so full of sand it was unbelievable!!!
When I get another Rottie, I plan to go there more often.

Frenchie....I have been down to that doggie beach many times with my Choc Lab and my Boxer. Sadly, the lab passed on and Bull (Boxer) is not much for walking anywhere these days :). He just wants to hang out next to me and look menacing....lol
Ther have been some instances of over-pumped up dogs attacking other dogs (a few deaths) but most of the time the dogs are just happy to be loose. I know there is a leash law but most of the time nobody cares. They have talked about shutting it down but I believe they finally reached some sort of agreement to keep it open.
One problem I had was my dog running around trying to pee on others property. Embarassing, very embarassing. One time there was this very nice lady talking to me and Chocolate ran up and peed on her :(. She was cool about it though as she was a true dog lover. Friggin' dog messing up my conversation....
