I've been looking to upgrade from my trailer to something bigger with a garage. I would like to get some info on how I could rent it out during the winter months.
Thanks,

I have a couple in FL and they rent through our property manager.

sorry if I sound like an idiot, but did you just contact a property mgnt company? If so, what kind of fees do they charge?
I found a few web sites to advertise in. just wanted to get a better idea of what I might be getting into.
Thanks,

Ours charges 30% but they keep it booked, take care of maintenance and we have both units rented to snowbirds for 2-3 of the winter months.

Contact Warlock25. Michele should be able to help you both, find a new place and talk about rental...

Personally, if you can avoid renting it out, do that. LHC is just as nice, if not better, during the winter months.

True! But I'm not looking to buy in LHC.
I just know that I would not be using it as much in the winter and so renting it out might help out on cost.
Thanks for the tip OG!
