Thanks guys... I am really looking forward to taking it out.
As far as price... the whole interior including removal of the old carpet was 2k plus 36 bucks for the embroidery. The interior guy I used did excellent work and was fast but was a complete a$$ hole.

Thanks everybody... just so it is clear I did not do the upholstery by myself. That was done by a shop is Santa Ana. I did all the design, layout, mounting, and stereo though.

Very nice.... :D
I like the colors....just gave me some ideas for when I get around to doing my daycruiser.
So when you say the guys is an a$$hole, is it just his attitude?? Workmanship looks great from the pic's. How long did he take to fab up the seats?

The seat frames are all new. They are built from 1/2 inch ply lots of stainless staples and fiberglass/resin.
The thing took about 1.5 weeks.
Workmanship on upholstery was excellent.
What I mean by a$$ hole is:
Original Estimate exceeded by 700 bucks with no phone call.
Everytime I asked any questions he would act insulted like I was saying he was incompetant.
He disassembled my gas pedal and bent the throttle cable rod then reassembled it incorrectly and told me "That is how it was".
He got carpet adhesive all over my MSD box, Plug wires, bilge area, gauges and trailer... then told me to wipe it down with gasoline when I got home.
There is more but that should give you the idea.

I asked the upholstery guy to give me the pieces of material that were going to be the headrests and the backrest on the bench. Then I took them to an embroidery guy that I had pre-make the logo setups a week earlier. Took him 1/2 hour to sew them up and I was on my way. Total for embroidery including setup was 36 bucks.
