77charger,Finnally got around to gettting the distributer in and timed. The first time that i tried after talking to you i found one of the advancement springs was broken. Called Mallory and they sent one out (no charge). Maybe Sunday i'll get the plugs and do the ignition wires. What plugs do you use? I know i got other question for you but i just think of them right now. AntRant

AntRant,
I've never been able to find marine grade plywood at a Home Depot type of store. Usually have to go to a speciality lumber yard to get it. Exterior grade is not the same, so don't let someone sell you on it. Marine grade has more plys per inch and uses much better bonding glue.
Besides, you want nicer sides to work with, like A/B, not some B/C piece of crap or worse. Start out with the best that you can, it'll pay off big time down the road.
