Try Hampton Blowers, he says his manifolds are real blower manifolds.

Not my bag, baby.
Check with Supercharger USA. Relatively new company in the blower world, but worth a shot. I don't see any Ford stuff there, but you should email them from their website and i'll bet they can point you in the right direction.
Even though they're new, I understand that it was started by a few people that walked out of BDS (because they advised areas of improvement that were being ignored there, or something like that...) so I guess they know what they're doing.
Other than that, I don't know...what impressed me with these guys was their Warranty Program.
