If a guy wanted to get something chromed.......Like say a set of four wheels off of his old Porsche,....where would he go.....I'm in West Phoenix.....

Plating around the Phoenix area is kind of a crap shoot from what I've seen. Hope you don't need them in a hurry as they all tend to take their own sweet time. The one place that I haven't heard anything bad about is off I-17 and 7th Ave, kind of in the hood.

I think they do chroming, and I know they do polishing. If nothing else they could probably point you in the right direction. I know quite a few people who ship the stuff they need plated out of state because it's less of a hassle. Good luck.

My current ride is too small for Pleasant. However, this will all change when I sell my 21 and move up. I had the 19' out there one time and it was even a calm day and it sucked. I do most my partying, I mean boating at Saguaro. ;)

You can also try Papago Plating on Washington and 24th St. I just dropped my oil cooler and brackets off to be chromed and the IMCO's to be stripped and polished.

Papago is one of the places I heard nightmarish stories about. Like I said, it's a crap shoot.

I went to Papago Plating a couple of months ago and had a good job done on a part for my trailer.
