Oh, I really hate it when our Federal Meat Inspector (USDA) wants some expensive new machine or improvement to our facility to make him/her feel good about themselves and when I tell them to pound sand (in a nice way of course) they want to go over the inventory of vehicles in the parking lot. That one get's me pretty fired up. I've chewed out many an inspector for saying "Well, just sell one of those BMW's in the parking lot to pay for it, you can afford it." I just say "another comment like that and I'll make sure you're inspecting hog slaughtering in the midwest where they get 20' of snow every year". They don't bring that one up again.
