HUGE Eliminator Tunnel

Does anyone know the scoop on this Eliminator? Certainly the biggest tunnel I've ever seen! Somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 ft. We passed the truck hauling it (an 18 wheeler on a custom trailer) on I-10 friday around Palm Springs. I was certainly not surprised to see it in the Channel on Havasu Saturday afternoon. I wonder how much his ticket was? We were chatting with the Sheriff while he waived them over. I guess the size limit is 38 ft.

That's the new Eliminator! There is an old post about that boat a few months ago while being built.

...it took over an hour.

Maybe for the river or havasu, but for the boats it is competing against, it is damn nice looking. Florida fishing boats....

I was actually lucky enough to take a ride on this boat at Lake Mead.
The inside is INCREDIBLE! Ultra suede for upholstery TVs, microwave, 2 bedrooms, just frikin incredible! The boat has 2 diesels with the arneson surface drives and ran around 55 MPH. The day at Lake Mead was very windy and VERY rough. I could have set a glass on the table while we were going and not spilt a drop!

I don't think the owner of this beast will have any problem writing a check for whatever crazy fines they give him......LOL
