Well... I posted earlier but since this is mostly a West Coast forum not much interest. I live 400 miles form the Gulf Coast and am dealing with 30 - 70mph winds and 8 - 10 inches of rain!!! :burningm: I do have a couple of condos few miles east of Ivan's landfall. Here are some pics of the area before Ivan. When I can get some I'll post some of the after:

Hey CT,
Hope yer on high ground at Lure, dude....I'm gonna monitor 145.19 some tomorrow to hear what's said about conditions out your way.
We're braced for more floodstage stuff here on Norman. I hope Duke Power has moved enough water downstream to keep Mountain Island Lake from going 5' over, but they're saying it's gonna do it again.... :cry:
The boat's still at the top of the lift. If the lake gets up to it now, I'm in trouble- the plug's out!

I haven't talked to her this morning yet but a good friend in Ashville said they were to get 15" or so :jawdrop:
