Just got these pics off OSO. Ryan Beckley, who I believed raced an AMT last year, will be running this new 30' O/B in OSS. Should be some good competition for the Doug Wright boats... :cool:

Charley, I don't know about weight. My 28 is supposed to be 2100#'s. I would think this new 30' being a race boat would be lighter, but they do have a minimum weight for the class.
As far as the rocker comment, The bottom is very similar looking to my 28 which works very well. You can't compare rocker on a cat like you would a v bottom. If you look at the pic below of my 28 running you can see that it using very little running surface at speed.

I've been wondering about a certain person who is selling his new 368 Skater, and was thinking if he was stepping up into that new 38. having the rear of the boats tunnel so low to the water relative to the front of the boats catamaran is gonna pack and compress more air therefore creating more lift which is gonna create more speed. i bet this boat is gonna haul ass in flat water

I think the tunnel is the same...just the lowered deck.
