Just bought this a week ago and this boat is nice! Powered by Mercruise HP-377 Black Scorpion and Bravo 1. Dont find too many of these in Ohio and I had to go to Kentucky to get this one. We love this boat!!

Yes, we took her out today playing with props. The guy who traded it in put way too big a wheel on it and it would hardly plane out. I ended up with a 21p Turbo 2+2 4 blade for now (needs a 22p Bravo 1). Boat runs right up close to 70mph! at 5300 rpm bouncing into the rev-limiter.

Too funny, you went from a 75Spectra to 22 Daytona..... I went from a 75Elimintor to a 22 Daytona :D :D But lucky for you, you only had a short trip to get yours. I had to go from Ca to Wisconsin !!! But it was well worth it !! I love this boat and it rides frikin great !!
BTW: What prop did the previous owner have on it that was waaay to big? I'm looking for a clean 26p to replace my dinged up one.

They had a 25p Mirage plus 3 blade on it. It would only turn up to 4100 rpm and would only plane with 2 people in it. Its a really nice rig, has imco dual ram external steering and the boat only has 98hrs. on it!
What does yours have for power??

I was actually looking for a 28p........ I wonder what that 25 would do in mine. I'm running a 454 with a full roller top end, Edelbrock Performer Heads with matching intake and an 850 sitting up top. Exhaust is EMI Thunders going 4 inches all the way out.
As for for the "Wonder Bread Girl" It's just a net girl, but it looks a bit like my G/F so I like it !!!

Sorry, it was a 24 that I had. That would be way to steep. I will keep my eyes open for you.

Just out of curiosity, how much do you want for the 24? It could be fun to try out something smaller and get some low end torque perhaps.

The 4 blade Bravo at 24 will probably load you motor harder than you 25" Mirage. If you are close to me you are welcome to try it.

I paid just under $40G's for it! Super clean and less than 100 hrs on it.

Spectra,
Where do you boat at? Have you had that out on Erie yet?
We have quite a few mid-sized cats around here. We should try to put together an outing next year.

I have never been to Erie but wanted to boat there. I live in the southern part closer to the Ohio river. If you can set something up let me know, might come and hang out....
