Aftershock Boats - Someone is not happy?

I drove by the 91 fwy and there was a truck and an aftershock cat parked down the street from the aftershock showroom with a bunch of banners "Profits before Safety" I have always liked the Aftershocks. Does anyone know what the deal is?
