They ran 2 qualifying heats with 3 boats per heat, and then a final.

Re-Start of Main Heat Final
With a lap and a half down Tony in K-5 got tossed out of his seat, activating his kill switch and loosing his cord, and "filling" his pants. The boat stad up-right.[good save Tony] Then finishing up lap 2, K-777 flipped destroying the boat, but Jim came out of it with only minor injuries. [And I bet his pants were full too]

1st. K-5 Tony Scarlatta
2nd. K-22 John Hart
3rd. K-711 Cory Monson DNF. spun out in turn 1 lap 1.

Sun. Final Heat.
1st. K-5 Tony Scarlatta
2nd. K-22 John Hart
3rd. K-134 Chuck Kraft DNF. motor problems.
A big thank's to all who participated, and helped out to make this work, there is more intrest being shown in the new I.H.B.A K-Boat class every day. Rumor has it that K-69 will be at the world finals, There might be a Racing Craft K Flat comming, And ya never know when ya might see The K-9 "Mad Dog" Bolton show his colors. And I think I heard that Chuck Kraft would like Fred Hart to continue driving his K-34 boat. And yes even though Jim B. distroyed the K-777 boat, and his new "Revenge" is still in the mold, He said He "Will" have a boat at the World Finals in Nov. to defend his point's lead. And I know of two or three other boats being worked on as we speak in hopes to make it to the World Finals in Nov.
The Point Standings as of 9/21/04 Is
1st. K-777 Jim Bandlin 1525
2nd. K-17 Larry Dahlhoff 1500
3rd. K-22 John Hart 1400
4th. K-5 Tony Scarlatta 1100
5th. K-711 Cory Monson 700
6th. K-34 Fred Hart 225
7th. K-134 Chuck Kraft
