JL Audio's website usually has some enclosure specifically for certain autos.
JL Audio Stealthbox for 2003 & up with center console (http://www.jlaudio.com/stealthbox/silverado_consol03.html)

I have the Stealthbox in my crew and it is pretty good...hits ok....now if you want ground pounding base, I would go with 2 or 3 10's in an enclosure along the back wall...12" woofers might be two deep...before the Stealth box, I was looking at doing 2 10" MBQuart subs...they don't need alot of space in front, or that big of an enclosure...

I have done a couple with 3 10's and a thousand watt amp on them and it works pretty good

I've got 4 10's behind the back seat of mine. Seat is in the stock position too. ;)
Talk to Adam at Wired for Sound. He did the stereo and it's the same box as he had in his truck about 3 system redesigns ago. :D
