The end is the only place for a 30'+ boat. Also, I would think they may be enforcing the 36' limit in the channel over Memorial?

Okay called today,
The slips will hold up to a 35' boat. The ends of the docks are for up to 38' but they are first come first serve.

They pop up from $1000-$3000 from time to time. According to the lady at LBR some people just give them to charity to get out of them. My Aunt's in that situation right now. So I am a bit opinionated right now - sorry
Actually, it's an ok place and the slip thing is nice. Except for the congestion it has some benies over Nautical. We go during late season with the boat and it's ok. Nothing like the 2am drunks idiots leaving Kokomos and navigating around the boats and trailers.
Whoever goes will have fun. The big Jacuzzi in the rooms are fun. HINT: Just wash them down with Clorox then run the clorox through them before using it.
