The only thing this boat may need is a header recoat and a jet pump rebuild (last done by Tom Papp Racing 20 hours ago)....I'll pay for both for the buyer of the boat......

well, most people here probably already have boats. However, I have seen many boats sold online here as well. Problem is, when rebiulding a boat like that, you have to be prepared to lose a lot of money upon sale. Im sure you have a lot more money in it than what you are asking, but its still an old jet boat, and most people just dont see the value...Thats why Im doing most everything on my boat by myself. that way, when I decide to sell it, Im not out an arm and a leg...
More pics might help so we can see the quality of the work. You can host them on ***boats mainsite in the image center...

Why would the pump need to be rebuilt if it was done 20hours ago?????

Last time I had the boat out a few weeks ago, the drive seemed to be weak (slipping) above a certain rpm....I figure it needs some work, so I assume a full rebuild is in order....

Post more detailed pics if possible. Some of the engine bay and jet would help also.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that you are asking way too much. ;) But if you can get that much for it then good for you.

1st off 68 to 70 is far from "very fast" no disrespect intended. I think your halfway there in dropping your price and it still may (or may not) take some time to sell at that.
Go pick up a boat trader and you will see where your boat fits in compared to other similar ads.
I would recommend doing the pump and header work prior to claiming the boat to be imaculate.
Good luck,
RC

Maybe so, but it won't be us. We sold a boat today and are down to the Biesemeyer Daycruiser ONLY and we are trying to sell that too. We are getting out of boating completely for a while, and concentrating on a new "hobby". I can guarantee you that we won't be buying another boat for at least a few years. :2purples: Still have a Crew Cab Dually for sale too if anyone is looking for a good deal on one.
