My buddy has a pad there...2 separate cases of West Nile virus among the residents. Plan on launching elsewhere if you want to get on the water before 11AM with much more than a small jet.

Good friend of mine has a home there. We always have a great time there. Nice beaches, close. Easy water access and great people watching at night at the launch ramp on big weekends....
I have never had a problem launching there and I have a 33' Daytona.
