I thought about doing a system on a pontoon boat using a bilge pump to pick up the water. I don't think it would be to hard to rig a system but if you could make it easy and affordable you might sell a few.
The only type boat I would personally use one on is a pontoon though. I can't see somone putting one on a performance boat.

I run a low profile jet. I can't run a bimini because:
A. There is no room
B. It would rip off
C. there is no room
If I had a larger boat I would consider this product, but not in the situation I am in now.

The mister system was originally put on our boat to keep our infant cool. It works awesome when you're cruisin' thru the channel, or kickin' it in a cove. Yah, you could also just jump in the water when it's 110+, but if ya got little ones, or some old folks in the boat, it is very nice to have on board. It gets lots of attention when we're parked in the channel. You just see a light mist in the cabin of the boat. We get people approaching us all the time to check it out, and they are always impressed. The bimini can go up and down and stow away for traveling, and the tubing isn't affected. This is a great option for a pontoon, or for any boat for that matter. The mist is fine, so water spots are not really a problem. We're just trying to see if this thing will fly or not. Thanks for any inputs...

I'm sure my parents would be all over especially now since they have grand children to take out to the lake.

It's good for what your using it for. But...just like LED lights in you boat.
I don't think there's any great revelation there. There's nothing to patend.
It's like putting in stereo systems or anything else. You not inventing anything
new.
It isn't a bad idea for certain applications though.
Good luck in your adventure.

I run a low profile jet.
You have a built in mister. Flip over your reverse bucket and crank up the diverter.

I wouldn't. For the same reason that I don't have them set up on the canopy at the river house. Water spots everywhere especially on the motor. Pontoon, yes.

jake&val

it has A miniral filter so there is minimal water spots
